1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact information (name, business email, phone, company)
  • Demo and sales inquiry information (industry, company size, use case)
  • Account credentials when you register for the operations portal
  • Communications you send to us (support tickets, emails, form submissions)
  • Payment information processed by our PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser information (type, version, operating system)
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Usage data (pages visited, time spent, referring URLs)
  • Cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Lead enrichment data from providers such as Apollo.io and People Data Labs
  • HubSpot CRM data for contacts who interact with our marketing
  • Authentication providers (e.g., Google Workspace) when used for single sign-on

1.4 Information Processed by Our Products

When customers deploy Tiitan1 AI's browser extensions and enterprise plugins, our products scan user prompts and inputs to AI tools, email, collaboration platforms, and productivity applications for sensitive data (PII, PHI, PCI, source code, secrets, and additional entity types). This scanning occurs locally on the user's device. Tiitan1 receives only policy enforcement metadata (for example, "policy X triggered at time Y"); we do not transmit, store, or process the underlying content unless customers explicitly opt into telemetry. Customer-controlled audit logs remain in the customer environment.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

3. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK/EEA Users)

We process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent (withdrawable at any time), and legal obligation.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers under written contract (hosting, email, CRM, analytics, payment processing)
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting, audit) under confidentiality obligations
  • Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety
  • Acquirers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to you
  • Other parties with your consent

5. International Transfers

Tiitan1 is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards for transfers from the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions with cross-border restrictions.

6. Data Retention

  • Strictly necessary cookies (always on — required for site function)
  • Performance and analytics cookies (consent required in EU/UK)
  • Functional cookies (consent required in EU/UK)
  • Marketing cookies (consent required everywhere)

9. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with industry standards, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, audit logging, and regular security assessments.
