Tiitan1 AI provides enterprise cybersecurity solutions with browser-native AI Interaction Security. As part of our internal operational infrastructure, we send SMS text messages to enrolled staff members for on-call incident alerts, security notifications, and operational communications related to their role.
This page describes the SMS opt-in process used within our proprietary operations platform (hub.tiitan1.ai). Actual consent is collected within the authenticated platform when a staff member adds their phone number to their profile.

- Current Tiitan1 AI staff members who have voluntarily added a phone number to their staff profile
- Staff members enrolled in on-call rotations who have opted in to receive incident notifications
- Individuals who have provided consent through the platform's phone verification process
3. Types of Messages
Enrolled staff members may receive the following categories of SMS messages:
- On-call incident alerts (paging notifications for active incidents based on rotation schedule)
- Security operations notifications (SecOps team communications for time-sensitive matters)
Messages contain incident details, acknowledgment instructions, and links to the operations platform for full context.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on incident volume and role assignments, typically ranging from 0 to 20 messages per month per enrolled staff member.
Higher-frequency periods may occur during active security incidents or major operational events.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges for SMS messages apply based on the recipient's mobile carrier plan. Tiitan1 AI is not responsible for carrier charges incurred by recipients.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
- Reply STOP to any SMS message from Tiitan1 AI to immediately unsubscribe
- Remove or disable the phone number in the operations platform (Settings → Notification Settings)
- Contact IT operations at ops@tiitan1.ai to request removal

Reply HELP to any SMS message to receive support contact information.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS message content, delivery status, and opt-out history are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal phone numbers are stored encrypted in our secure infrastructure and transmitted only to Twilio, our licensed SMS provider, for message delivery.
